Bakers PH, formerly known as Pauline’s Baker’s Percent Bakery, is a renowned family-owned bakeshop that has been making waves in the province since its inception. Founded by Mrs. Paulina Bote-Borja in Cagayan, this beloved bakery has been delighting customers with its exceptional baked goods for years. When Elizsa Gayle Cafirma, aged 30, along with her younger siblings Elize, 23, and Edel, 27, embarked on their entrepreneurial journey, they knew it wouldn't be a walk in the park. However, armed with their shared passion for food and cooking, and with unwavering support for each other, they set out to turn this challenge into the adventure of a lifetime.

All three Cafirma sisters are degree holders with NC II certificates in Bread and Pastry, and they decided to channel their skills into establishing Thick and Thin Café. Located strategically near the Bacarra National Comprehensive High School in their hometown of Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, the café officially opened its doors in 2016.

Thick and Thin Café specializes in delicious doughnuts, with a particular focus on attracting millennials as their core customer base. In addition to their delectable doughnuts, they offer a selection of healthy bread and pastries, which can be customized upon request.

The success of Thick and Thin Café led to the birth of another branch, recently opened at the government-owned La Tabacalera Food Park in the city. With a dedicated team of 10 staff and supportive parents backing the Cafirma sisters, who find genuine joy in crafting doughnuts to satisfy their growing customer base, their commitment to improvement and growth remains unwavering. They aspire to establish more branches within the province and potentially expand even further in the future.
